S7 Training is a Staff Branch of the Regimental Headquarters. The S7 Branch consists of all Training functions in the 7th Cavalry Regiment. The branch executes all individual training, commands all 7th Cavalry Schools, and develops and implements training courses and material. The Branch is led by the S7 1IC, the training officer of the headquarters. The Second-In-Command of the Branch is the S7 2IC, known as the S7 Operations or S7 Ops. S7 Training is responsible to administer, command, and control all Regimental and Battalion/Area of Operations specific Schools.

Mission

S7 Branch will force generate the next generation of warriors and leaders through the delivery of high quality, demanding, and realistic individual training in support of tactical and operational objectives.

Order of Battle

The S7 Branch consists of the Training and Leadership Cells, each with specific Schools assigned.

S7 Training

S7 Training is also broken down by area of operation. 1-7 S7 Training controls all Arma Reforger Schools, 2-7 S7 Training controls all Hell Let Loose [PC] Schools, 3-7 S7 Training controls all Squad Schools, and ACD S7 Training Controls all miscellaneous unit schools, such as the DCS and HLL Console Schools. No matter the area of operation, the S7 Department is responsible for creating training materials, delivering and updating courses, and providing guidance to the senior commanders of the Regiment on the capabilities of their assigned weapon systems, equipment, and training resources.

All First Battalion Schools operate in the Arma Reforger Area of Responsibility.

TAS_Trans_small.png Hell Let Loose School of Armor 2nd Battalion The Hell Let Loose School of Armor (SOA) is a 2nd Battalion (Hell Let Loose) school operated as part of S7 - Training. The Hell Let Loose School of Armor instructs Tankers on all aspects of Armor operations. The school is designated the Functional Center of Excellence (FCoE) for all Armored training and instructs not only crewman skills and fundamentals but further knowledge of advanced armor training both in individual asset tactics and cohesive platoon strategy.

3-7 S7 Training Assigned Schools

Currently, Third Battalion Schools operate in the Squad Area of Responsibility.

CASSmall.png The Squad Combined Arms School 3rd Battalion The Squad Combined Arms School delivers individual training at the trooper, crewman and pilot level, from basic infantry skills to advanced vehicle commander and leadership courses.

ACD S7 Training Assigned Schools

ACD S7 Training is responsible for controlling the DCS and Hell Let Loose Console Schools. Regardless of the area of responsibility, all S7 operations produce training material, deliver and re-develop courses, and advise the S7 Training and superior Commanders on the capabilities of their assigned weapon systems, equipment, and training material.
