|Colonel Steve Rogers, a US Army veteran of the 82nd Airborne Battalion, enlisted in the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment on the 17th of January 2011. Colonel Rogers initially enlisted into the Call of Duty 4 Area of Operation and since then has been a cornerstone to the Regiment in multiple AOs including: ARMA 2, Battlefield 3, 4, and 6, DCS, Hell Let Loose, and Squad. Colonel Rogers has also been prominently active in secondary billets ranging from MP, S3 Operations, S7 Training, RTC, RRD, and SPD over the course of his 7Cav career and is one of the highest decorated members of the organization to date. On the 20th of August 2023, Colonel Rogers was awarded the James “Krazee” Foster 7th Cavalry Lifetime Achievement Service Medal for his dedication and loyalty to the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. |Chief Warrant Officer 4 Brandon "Tinkerbell" Wayne is a US Army veteran of the Global War on Terrorism, serving from 1999-2004 as a Forward Air Traffic Control Operator, and enlisted into the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment on the 12th of March 2022. Initially enlisting within the Armored Platoon of Hell Let Loose, he was quickly promoted to Platoon Sergeant, then performed an integral role in standing up an entire Armored Company under C/2-7, where he served as the founding First Sergeant of the unit itself. Chief Wayne has also been active in additional AOs including DCS World and Squad, earning his Aviator Wings and Call Sign as an F-16 pilot. The Chief has also prominently served in secondary billets of S1 Citations, S7 School of Armor, briefly as an MP, and most notably as the 2IC of RRD. Chief Warrant Officer 4 Wayne joined the Reserve Headquarters on the 21st of August 2025 as the Reserve Executive Officer, and has brought sweeping improvements in terms of standardizing operating procedures and policies within. | |||

The Reserve and Development Command (RDC) is responsible for administering all 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment growth efforts, from game identification, selection, mobilization, and growth through Starter Platoon to pre-Battalion. The department has full command of DEVCOM, the Auxiliary Combat Detachment, and the Reserve. The Branch is referred to as "RDC". The Department reports to Regimental Headquarters. The department was established on February 13th, 2025, when all functions were merged under a unified command system.
Introduction
The Reserve and Development Command Office oversees game identification, selection, mobilization, and growth, acting as the departmental leadership of DEVCOM and the line unit leadership of ACD and the Reserves in the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. The department is responsible for advising the commander on all matters involving growth and sustainment. Day-to-day operations include leading the department, training all new sub-unit senior leadership, and facilitating the resolution of issues extending beyond their scope of authority.
Mission
The mission of the Reserve and Development Command Office is to provide sustainable growth through identifying and delivering new game opportunities and sustaining the reserves of the 7th Cavalry to generate net growth in the unit membership and presence across multiple platforms and MILSIM applicable genres.

The Reserve and Development Command Office has full command of three departments: The Development Command department, the Auxiliary Combat Detachment, and the Reserve.
