The MILPACs NCOIC provides the main oversight of the MILPACs sub-department. A MILPACs Lead is assigned to each battalion, and is responsible for training and oversight of the clerks assigned under them. MILPACs clerks are assigned to each company, and are responsible for the bulk of the record maintenance at this level. This includes watching the forums for certain types of posts, and transcribing the proper information into the service records of the soldiers within their area of responsibility. The MILPACS staff performs an indispensable task, but one quick to earn scorn for the slightest error, unlikely to be heralded for even the greatest success, and prone to long-suffering ignominity. Throughout the next year, General Krazee began to formalize the processes of personnel and general administration, creating the pathway for the current S1 Branch. Tragically, in April 2009, General Krazee passed away. In his honor, the [https://wiki.7cav.us/index.php/Awards_and_Decorations#Individual_Medals_and_Ribbons James "Krazee" Foster Lifetime Achievement Medal] was created to honor him and all those who have served the Regiment in an extremely dedicated capacity. Signatures are a popular addition to a trooper's forum profile. Being a virtual community, we tend to recognize one another by name and by voice. Signatures help to bring a bit of unique visual identity and character into our brotherhood. Signatures are not mandatory for display on the forums, and the Signature Shop's business is all by request. The shop is responsible for taking requests submitted via the forums, and producing high quality graphic art for display as personal signatures.

The Signature Shop NCOIC is responsible for oversight of the sub-department. This includes maintaining the organization of the Signature Shop, performing quality control spot checks, and ensuring that requests are processed within resonable time tables. Shop personnel are assigned based on an evaluation of their ability to produce quality signatures. Skills in graphic arts software is a must-have to be a member of the shop. Each artist is given a section on the forums, where requests for his work can be submitted. They are expected to display some examples of their work in this area, to give prospective clients a good idea of their style.
