Charlie Company Charlie Company Policies

This will serve as Charlie Co (C/2-7) official Section Practice Makeup Policy.

The following DO count towards a Makeup Section Practice:

  • Spending an hour training with a SL or ASL, from any section within C/2-7 at the discretion of the SL / ASL.
  • Attending any Charlie Co FTX. (Company or Platoon)
    • A Private Message (PM) must be started by YOU and include your SL, ASL (if you have one) and the FTX lead
  • Attending any formal Hell Let Loose Section Practice. (SP times across 2nd Batt may be seen here)

The following DO NOT count towards a Makeup Section Practice:

  • S7 Courses (See Special Exceptions)
  • Attending any other FTX outside of Charlie Company, unless stated explicitly.
  • Attending a Section Practice in another game AO. (Ex. Arma, Squad... etc.)
  • Attending Hell Let Loose Public Servers without a SL/ASL in attendance.
  • Attending Hell Let Loose Operations.
  • Running around on a training server for an hour alone. SL / ASL must be present to record attendance.

Special Exceptions

If a section leader would like their section to attend an S7 class in their corresponding AO, the section leader may substitute the S7 class in lieu of their normally scheduled SP. This must be submitted to platoon staff for approval at a minimum 2 weeks prior with final approval from the company commander due one week prior to the proposed runtime.

Process for Makeups

  1. If you miss an SP you are to attempt a legitimate makeup listed above.
  2. You are then to notify your SL/ASL via PM with the individual that ran it CC'd.
  3. If you are not able to do any of those, then you are to take an LOA.
  4. If you have already taken an LOA for the month and you can't do any of the qualifying makeup SPs then you are allowed to ask for an exception to what counts as a makeup.
