Introduction

In the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment, our public relations outreach to the tactical gaming community is handled by our S5 - Public Affairs Department. S5 is the official voice, face, and community liaison for the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. S5's duties are to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships within the tactical gaming community in order to facilitate clear communication, address questions and concerns, and foster the ideals of cooperation and mutual respect within the community. The S5 department fulfills its mission by utilizing different sub-departments.

Sub-Department Description
This sub-department is the primary liaison of the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment to other clans and units. The S5 PR team actively seeks out and nurtures relationships with other clans and units. Members organize scrimmages, maintain direct contact with leaders of other units, and help to correct misunderstandings or grievances within other clans or units.	This sub-department is the face of the Regiment. Staff members participate in scrimmages, operations, training, classes, and other events hosted by the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment and other tactical gaming organizations. The S5 Filmmaker Team capture game-play footage in the Regiment's supported games to produce high-quality, motivating, awe-inspiring video clips. Their artistic skills, coupled with technical skills, masterfully convey our ideals of integrity and brotherhood while showcasing the well-executed tactics and pure fun enjoyed by our members. S5 Film help to cement our respected identity in the community and greatly aids recruitment through these efforts.	The S5 Graphics sub-department creates requested pictures and graphics for the Regiment. These include: Section patches, Company Patches, member signatures, promotional banners for events, and any other requested graphic designs. Our S5 Graphics sub-department members are all skilled artists who are willing to take time to ensure that any requester is satisfied with their final product.	The S5 Social Media sub-department are the external voice of the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. Our aim is to have bold, appealing, and active social media platforms that use all of the elements of the S5 Department to keep past, present, and future members informed of all of the amazing things the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment does. We thrive on being outgoing and engaging with our posts and content and we ensure that with each interaction we represent the values of the Cav. S5 Social Media Team are dynamic and proactive in the social media field and essential in the aid of recruiting new members.	The Cavarly Times sub-department is dedicated to creating the internal newsletter for the Regiment. It aims to ensure that each issue of the Cavalry Times(or Cav Times) informs and enriches the reader's experience within the community. The 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment is a tapestry of stories, achievements, and shared missions, and this publication is the go-to source for all that and more. In each issue, the reader will find a mix of fun and informative content, ranging from updates on recent operations to highlights of upcoming events across all Areas of Operations we support.
