Mission
The mission of the Regimental Recruiting Department is to grow the ranks of the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment by identifying, educating, and inviting prospective members.
Overview of Regimental Recruiting
The Regimental Recruiting Department (RRD) is responsible for managing potential and enlisted recruits. All Recruiters and RRD staff are responsible for assisting new and prospective recruits, answering any and all questions, and serving as the public face of the Regiment. The Regimental Recruiting Department is broken down into two parts: Recruiter and Processing Clerk. It is the Processing Clerk section that screens enlistment applications and helps to serve as a point of contact during the process until they are handed over to the Recruit Training Command for training. The department is led by the RRD Staff (1IC & 2IC), with the help of the Senior and Lead Staff, who report to the Recruiting Oversight Office (ROO). The RRD 1IC is the final approval authority within RRD and maintains the department's strength, and is responsible for monthly reports and awards.
