Echo Company Official Of The Month Policy

Echo Company may hereby nominate both

• Nomination needs to be submitted by the 7th of the following month
• 1 x Trooper of the Month (any trooper not in a position of Leadership)
• 1 x NCO / Warrant Officer of the Month
  • A: CPL/WO1 or above
  • B: SL/ASL or above

These nominations should be for individuals that have in some way, shape, or form gone above and beyond in a single or multiple areas of responsibility in regards to their primary billet.

It does not include actions in a secondary billet (this includes S3), or consistently doing what is expected of you each week.

Please apply the above to all future Of the Month Recommendations moving forward.
