Introduction

This is to be used as the Main Primer for all Initial Checks moving forward. If it is listed below then it falls within the responsibility of the Initial Checker, if not, then it should be left to the Final Check Department. If you are asked to assist with Final Checks, you may disregard this checklist.

Initial Check Checklist

• Review Enlistment Application and notate any issues found.
• Review their Profile, Postings, Forum Comments / Milpac and notate any issues found.
• Review their RTC Folder and notate any issues such as possible DOR, non-responsiveness, attitude problems... etc.
• Review Enlistment History to ensure they haven't been denied in the past.
• Perform a Cursory (QUICK) review of their Steam and check for:
  • VAC Bans
    • If found under 5 years DENY is permitted.
  • Milsim / FPS clans in Steam Groups that could be Dual Clanning
    • If found, notate for FC.
  • Outrageous Screenshots or Comments made by the owner (Racist, Nazi symbology, other extremely overt imagery.)
    • If found, send the Questionable Content PM.
  • Outrageous Comments made by other people on his/her Steam.
    • Send the Questionable Public Steam Comments/Content PM. (It is different from the one above)
• If none of the above is found in their Steam, move on and let FC do the deeper digging.
• Once all of the above is completed, if any issues were found ensure they are all properly notated and tag your Senior Investigator so it can be moved to FC.
• If NO ISSUES were found mark the folder IC Clear and tag your Senior Investigator.

• Game Applied
• Any ( If Found) Outrageous Screenshots or Comments made by the owner
• Any (If Found Outrageous comments made by other people on his/her Steam

Conclusion

If something was not included in the list above then it isn't something that an Initial Checker is responsible for unless specifically asked to do so by his/her CoC. This includes, but isn't limited to, Battlemetrics, Checking for ALT Steam accounts, Google Searches, Utilizing SteamRep recources, etc...
