Clarification of above list

VAC Ban's are now checked in the enlistment process with RRD. Therefore, it is an automatic deny if one is found in the past 5 years.

Dual Clanning is quite common if you suspect someone to be a part of another clan an interview should be held. If it's a gaming community then these are fine as long as they don't have a rank structure, look to be a MILSIM, or have a clan website and directly support a game the Cav supports. If any of the previous then the recruit in question needs to be told it's against our rules and they would then need to choose between us and the other clan in question. Requests for exemptions can only be granted by the OIC, if a group is in a grey area refer with your CoC as well.

Racism: Not common but needs to be dealt with. If it's a silly name change then a PM needs to be sent out to explain its unacceptable. If it's more than that then an interview should still be held to gather evidence and facts. If more than a former name issue bring up with command staff.

Underage: This can be very hard to determine with the new S2 SOP. But if it's suspected that a Cav Member is underage then evidence should be gathered, abiding by the SOP, and the OIC / XO informed.

Fail to get with an Investigator: If a recruit refuses to get with an investigator then the OIC / XO should be informed immediately. They will be dropped with eligibility.

Refused to allow Interview to be recorded: Inform the OIC / XO immediately. Tell recruit that is their choice, but we will have to drop them with eligibility.

Lying: If a recruit has lied during an Interview and the evidence brought against them suggests they are, then a report should be written and the OIC / XO informed. Prove it and request DD.

Falsifying a Gary Owen: This isn't normally handled by S2 but via COC. However, if a recruit has falsified in calling a Garry Owen then the NCOIC/OIC should be informed.

Impersonation of another 7th Cavalry Member: If a recruit is to have been found using 7Cav tags and impersonating a member an interview should be held to clarify why they have done so. Just gather evidence then perform interview, supply results to command staff for final evaluation.

Fraudulent enlistment: If a recruit has been dishonest in their enlistment form, ie supplying a secondary steam account to hide the fact the main account has a VAC Ban, then an interview should be held. If it's a VAC Ban or something as serious on a second account then evidence needs to be recorded and then the OIC / XO informed. Just prove it and request LtH Discharge.

Unfit for Service: If a recruit during an interview or during the check process is deemed unfit to join the Regiment then the OIC / XO should be informed.

Refused to comply with an S2 request: If a recruit refuses to remove anything that was deemed against the rules of the regiment then the OIC / XO should be informed.
