Purpose

The purpose of this SOP is to establish clear rules and guidelines for the use of the Foxhole verification system within the 7th Cavalry Discord. This verification system exists to maintain operational security, control access to faction-sensitive information, and ensure that internal and external personnel are properly verified before being granted access to restricted Foxhole channels.

Scope

This SOP applies to all Foxhole Area of Operations personnel, including but not limited to:

• Troopers
• Section Leadership
• Platoon Leadership
• Company Leadership
• External visitors
• Regimental liaisons
• Friendly outside regiment representatives

Definition

The following Discord roles are associated with the Foxhole verification system:

Verified Warden Internal

Used for verified members of the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment assigned to, or participating in, the Foxhole Area of Operations.

Verified Warden External

Used for verified external visitors, regimental liaisons, friendly regiment representatives, or other non-7th Cavalry personnel approved for access.

Policy

Outlined is the verification process to be followed by all Leadership within the Foxhole AO.

Verification Process

Section Staff

1. Will maintain a place within new Trooper ICS as part of entry level checks
   1. Section Staff double checks that the Trooper is on the correct faction.
   2. Section Staff is responsible for applying the Verified Warden Internal role to their current & future Troopers.
   3. The Verified Warden Internal role is applied after one of two checks:
      1. Check 1. Section Leadership has visual, in-game confirmation the Trooper is playing on the correct faction.
      2. Check 2. Section Leadership has received a verification (F1) screenshot inside of the foxhole-verification-submissions channel.
      3. NOTE: Both of these checks are required for ANY Foxhole AO Section Leadership to apply the Verified Warden Internal role to a new Trooper.
   4. Upon completing the process of applying the Verified Warden Internal role to a Trooper, Section Leaderships are responsible for the removal of the Verified Warden External role from said Trooper.

Platoon Staff

1. Platoon Leadership & above is responsible for applying Verified Warden External role to any prospective OR generally friendly regimental regiments/players.
   1. The Verified Warden External role can only be applied after one of two checks.
      1. Check 1. Platoon Leadership has visual, in-game confirmation the player is playing on the correct faction.
      2. Check 2. Platoon Leadership has received a verification (F1) screenshot inside of the foxhole-verification-submissions channel.
      3. NOTE: One of the two of these checks is sufficient for ANY Foxhole AO Platoon Leadership or above to apply the Verified Warden External role to the player in question.

Company Staff

1. Company Leadership and above are responsible for utilizing the “bulkadd” & “purge” commands associated with Foxhole Verification.
   1. The “purge” function must be executed after the end of each Foxhole War but BEFORE the beginning of the next Foxhole War.
      1. The “purge” function works on both Verified Warden Internal & Verified Warden External at the same time, it does not discriminate.
   2. After executing the “purge” command, immediately run the “bulkadd” command utilizing collected Trooper Discord IDs in this document to maintain continuity among our internal community
   3. Based on the above.
      1. 7th Cavalry Troopers are NOT required to re-verify every war to maintain OPSEC.
         1. Troopers will have their Verified Warden Internal Role removed if they declare to their leadership they want to take a Vacation.
      2. External visitors, regimental liaisons & anyone NOT in the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment are required to re-verify on a War-to-War basis.
2. Company Leadership and above reserve the right to waive both checks based on prior relationships with faction loyal outside regiment representatives in order to expedite and facilitate inter-regimental discussion.
   1. Players granted this exception MUST be verified in one of the following.
      • Warden Unity Hub
      • Warden Alliance
      • Warden Diplomatic Forums
   2. Any other verifications outside the above do not contribute to verification.

Accountability

All outlined staff within this company level directed are bound by these requirements, failure to adhere to the verification process will result in punitive action.

Effective

This SOP is effective immediately upon publication and remains in force until amended or revoked by Company-level directive.
