Scope
This document is a comprehensive set of rules & guidelines on how or why we utilize the third-party application FoxLogi.com. By the end of this document, there will be no question on the behavior that is expected with this tool
FoxLogi Etiquette
- To be utilized at all times to passively enforce proper security from potentially malicious actors. This allows us to recruit at-will with the built in discord-tied role hierarchy system without worry of compromising our time and effort.
- No directly sharing stockpile codes outside of their given Foxlogi role. The system exists for a reason, not allowing the hierarchical system to function presents OPSEC & other associated risks. This puts you and your fellow trooper in danger of loosing time, effort & morale.
- Stockpiles may only be shared with other regiments with express permission of the Company Commander or Executive Officer. This goes for inside the application OR through direct communication.
- The RC & XO will be responsible for policing the usage of the third party application.
- Sharing of the FoxLogi bot’s posts outside the secure channels provided is forbidden.
- The UCMJ will be strictly applied to usage and privileged access to this tool.
- Changes to discord outputs (where the bot puts its information) is only available to Company Leadership & above.
- Changes to member levels of access is allowed by Company Leadership & above. Note that the application will automatically revert this after some time and log the action in the foxhole-logi discord channel. It is meant to be temporary and cannot be over-ridden
7th Cavalry Stockpiles, Depots & Seaports
Any and all reservable material submitted to 7th Cavalry stockpiles, depots, airfields & seaports are surrendered to the group as a whole and the individual understands that the materials or assets are no longer under the jurisdiction of the individual.
- Troopers are encouraged to create their own stockpiles within depots, airfields, or seaports to store items or assets they wish to keep privatized and not for use of the group.
- Any stockpiles that are added to the 7th Cavalry’s FoxLogi session are considered group stockpiles
