FTX

• Company FTXs are to be posted at a minimum, 3 weeks in advance, complete with OPORD and the regulation attendance and signup sheet provided by battalion staff in each Company HQ google Drive.
  • OPORDS need to include at a minimum, all rules and special mechanics to be utilized during the FTX. The map itself may be withheld if Company staff chooses to.
  • AAR can be posted at most 24 hours before the FTX operation begins

• Company FTX's Sign Ups from members of the Company Running the FTX are Mandatory to allow staff to track Company Attendance so they know who needs to attend SP or do a make up the week of the FTX.
• At least one member of Company Staff Must be slotted as a team Commander during a Company FTX.
  • A non–company staff member may be assigned as the opposing force commander to provide firsthand command and leadership training.

• FTX reservation weekends will be given precedence over all HLL PC S3 and S7 events
  • Any exceptions to this reservation need to be requested and approved by current battalion staff
• The schedule begins in the Even month of February
• Companies FTX listed by weekend:
  • Last weekend of even months will be reserved for Able Company.
  • Second weekend of odd months will be reserved for Easy Company.
  • Last weekend of odd months will be reserved for Baker Company.

Event Pings

• The Events Discord Channel is the only channel that should solicit official events in the following
  • Eligible events include:
    • S3 Operations
    • Battalion FTX
    • Company FTX
    • HLL S7 Cources
    • SAC, NCOA, ODS, and Other Developmental Courses
  • Ineligible events include:
    • Platoon FTX
    • Section Practice

• The Cadre Calls Channel is used to solicit official but non-credited events.

• Please keep the HLL Discussion Channel clear from sign up Pings.

• Along with that there will be a 1 Ping, Per Day, Per Event limit, with 2 Pings Allowed for said event on the day of the event. (Ex. so, one earlier in the day and a Rally Ping during Rally time.)

Exceptions to this may be allowed with prior Battalion Staff Approval or posted by Battalion Staff in the official 2nd Battalion Announcements Thread.
