=1. [[Charlie_Company_C/2-7|Charlie Company]] Section, Platoon and Company Leadership Reports Policy=
This policy exists to make clear the expectations of leaders within Charlie Company, and to ensure uniform qualify of notes that are submitted to the chain of command.
=2. Section Reports=
The Section Leader, or assistant Section Leader by delegation, shall submit their section report in accordance with the timelines indicated in the [https://wiki.7cav.us/wiki/7CAV-BATT2-004 Battalion procedure].
For guidance on how to fill in the basics of the report see this [https://wiki.7cav.us/index.php/Reports Regimental Procedure].
The specific regulations for Charlie Company Section Reports are as follows:
*In the “Unaccounted for troopers” section, only list unaccounted for troopers. If a trooper is on LOA, do not include their name here.
*Example of acceptable entries are as follows
**Last.F (RC)
**Last.F (SP)
**Last.F (RC & SP)
*In the SL Notes section: Include the following:
**Training attendance #
**Cadre attendance #
**Any positive or negative morale issues for the chain of command to be aware of.
**Any recommendations or requests for support.
**Any disciplinary matters dealt with in the week.
**Note: Nothing to add or a recap of the SP is not acceptable.
=3. Platoon Reports=
The Platoon Leader and Platoon Sergeant, shall submit their respective report in accordance with the timelines indicated in the [https://wiki.7cav.us/wiki/7CAV-BATT2-004 Battalion procedure].

**Platoon-wide Accountability: % (Calculated as [Total Troopers Attending SP + Total Troopers Signing Roll-call] / [Total Troopers x 2] x 100.
**Any recommendations or requests for support.
**Any disciplinary matters dealt with in the week.
**A summary of any activity at platoon level this week which are relevant from the duties listed within the ICS, and progress on personal objectives.
**Note: Nothing to add or a recap of the SP is not acceptable.

*In the Platoon Sergeant Notes section: Include the following:
**Number of troopers in platoon: #
**Change from last week: #
**Any positive or negative morale issues for the chain of command to be aware of.
**Any recommendations or requests for support.
**Any disciplinary matters dealt with in the week.
**A summary of any activity at platoon level this week which are relevant from the duties listed within the ICS, and progress on personal objectives.

**Company Leadership Accountability: % (Calculated as [Total Leaders Attending SP + Total Leaders updating the Accountability Tracker] / [Total Leaders x 2] x 100.
**Any recommendations or requests for support.
**Any disciplinary matters dealt with in the week.
**A summary of any activity at Company level this week which are relevant from the duties listed within the ICS, and progress on personal objectives.
