Duties and Responsibilities
Mission
The Processing Clerk, Enlistment Processing Clerk, and Re-Enlistment Processing Clerk play crucial roles in the efficient handling of recruitment data within RRD. The Processing Clerk ensures that welcome letters are sent, supervises the training of new clerks, and manages the accuracy of the RRD Tracker, while also submitting monthly reports. Both the Enlistment and Re-Enlistment Processing Clerks are responsible for processing enlistments and re-enlistments within 24 hours, updating the RRD Tracker with relevant information, and ensuring timely follow-up to prevent delays. Collectively, their mission is to maintain a smooth, efficient process for acquiring and managing recruitment data, ensuring clear communication across all stages of enlistment and re-enlistment.

| Lead Recruiter
|
- Reports to RRD HQ (1IC or 2IC)

| AO Lead Recruiter
|
- Reports to Lead Processing Clerk or RRD 2IC.

| Senior Recruiter
|
- Recruiter duties included.
- AO Senior Recruiters report to the AO Lead Recruiter and they report to the Lead Recruiter.
- Sign bi-weekly roll-call.
- As a Senior Recruiter, you are required to participate in 1 hour of recruiting time and 1 hour of Alternate Recruiting Time on a bi-weekly basis.
- Assist recruiters in training and giving guidance towards recruitment efforts.
- Help teach and train new recruiters on major SOP's
- Be available to answer Recruiter's questions.
- Your primary recruiting channel will be the Tactical Realism servers. You are required to log at least 1 hour in a single session during peak time for either North America or Europe, while popping the server and attempting to recruit members.
- ICS and train new recruiters on policies and procedures within 14 days of them joining the department.
- Assist and support recruiters as required.
- Assign recruiters to upcoming timeouts when made aware by processing clerks via tag on enlistment papers. This will be done within 24 hours of being tagged, if unable inform next of department COC.
- Will assist in timeout assignments if workload is heavy.
- Report any issues within AO being that recruitment or recruiters not completing duties to the next in department COC.

| Recruiter
|
- Recruiters report to their assigned AO Senior/Lead Recruiter.
- Minimum requirements on a bi-weekly basis:
- Participate in 1 hour of Recruiting Time (RT)
- Spend at least 60 minutes on a 7th Cav hosted server actively recruiting (do not just join and play).
- Participate in 1 hour of Alternate Recruiting Time (ART)
- "Alternate Recruiting Time" refers to time spent recruiting from sources other than 7th Cav hosted servers.
- Sign a Bi-weekly roll call that is posted by the Lead Recruiter/RRD HQ.
- Acceptable means to reach 1-hour ART requirement: Posts on Game Forums/Discords (i.e. Reddit Community Discussions, Steam Community Discussions, Game Forums (Bohemia, JoinSquad, or other relevant forums), Game Developer Discord Servers), Provide info and guidance in the 7th Cav discord recruiter support area.
- Your primary recruiting channels will be the Tactical Realism servers hosted by the 7th Cav. You are expected to log at least 1 hour in a single session during peak time for either North America or Europe, while both popping the server and attempting to recruit members.
- Your secondary recruiting channel will be one of the community discussion boards and/or Discord servers. You are expected to make contact with individuals looking for units, determine whether they would be a good fit for us, and recruit them if they are.
- You are expected to log contacts with potential recruits in the recruiters messaging section on the 7th Cavalry Discord. This helps us measure results and ensures we have adequate recruiter numbers. *If you log a heavy workload, we will see and can assign recruiters accordingly.

- Support upcoming enlistment timeouts when being assigned recruiters will attempt contact with the enlistee and imput info from the attempted contact in the RRD Tracker. This will be done within 24 hours after being assigned.
- Within 14 days of joining the department, you must complete an initial training session with your assigned Senior/Lead Failure to do so will result in automatic removal form the department.
