Role of Company Staff

The role of the Company Staff is to execute the vision of the Battalion respective to the Military Occupation Specialties assigned to the Company. The Company Staff is comprised of the following:

  • Company Commander
  • Company Executive Officer
  • Company First Sergeant

Responsibilities

The following is a list of basic responsibilities. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, merely the base on which to start. Refer to the Company Staff ICS in Battalion SOPs for a more complete list of duties and responsibilities.

  • Responsible for the ongoing health and morale of the Company in all respects.
  • At least one member of staff must attend an SP or platoon FTX at least once per week.
