The AO Lead **Oversees all sub-departments within the ArmA Reforger AO**	The Public Staff are responsible for seeding the server during downtime and taking the role of GM to enhance the game for the public.	The Operations Staff is responsible for the creation of operations and serving as Mission Controller for public and private Cav operations.	The Development Staff is responsible for scripting and creating/editing mods to go into the Cav MODPACK.
