As Company Staff, you're expected to oversee the process and ensure both Section and Platoon Staffs are fulfilling their requirements and to counsel and correct when they are not.

Role of Company Staff

The role of the Company Staff is to execute the vision of the Battalion respective to the Military Occupation Specialties assigned to the Company. The Company Staff is comprised of the following:

  • Company Commander
  • Company Executive Officer
  • Company First Sergeant

Responsibilities

The following is a list of basic responsibilities. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, merely the base on which to start. Refer to the Company Staff ICS in Battalion SOPs for a more complete list of duties and responsibilities.

  • Responsible for the ongoing health and morale of the Company in all respects.
  • Be available to the troopers of the Company at all times when online.
  • Admin game servers as required.
  • Perform administrative duties associated with the Company, i.e. reports, discipline.
  • Train and directly supervise platoon staff.
  • Other duties as required.

Company Officer Duties (CO/XO)

Daily Duties

  • Take Care of Troopers - When on Discord or Teamspeak be available for your troopers. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over Discord, Teamspeak, or the forums.
