The following is a list of basic responsibilities. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, merely the base which to start. Refer to the Platoon Staff ICS in the Company SOPs for a more complete list of duties and responsibilities.

*Responsible for the ongoing health and morale of the Platoon in all respects.

*Spend time with troopers and leadership within your Platoon.
 
*Counseling - Issue appropriate counseling measures as required to ensure understanding and compliance with all rules, regulations and minimum expectations.
