MP mission statement

The duties of the Military Police department are…

• ensuring that all policies are being followed within the 7th Cavalry and enforce them when needed
• assist admining the game servers when needed (the main responsibility for admining the game servers lies within the respective AO’s)
• overwatching regular admins and teach them the admin SOP’s
• set an example by following all policies at any time

MP SOP’s

MP NCOIC (additional duties)

1. Read and respond to PMs from the MP department Comms PM
2. Verbally Counsel Staff as required to ensure adherence to rules/regulations/policies/codes.
3. Ensure all members have the correct access to all resources required to allow them to fulfil their job requirements
4. Personnel Accountability - Monitor transfers, LOA's (incl ELOA), AWOL's, PAF Logs and Discharges for changes to Departmental strength.
5. Ensure The ASFM tracker is up to date.
6. Ensure disciplinary documentation is reviewed and sentenced where appropriate.
7. Train MPIT’s and hold MP exams
8. Assemble a weekly report summarizing the times on duty and bans for all members
9. Set the hours on duty all MP’s and MPIT’s have to make per week

Senior MP (additional duties)

1. Ready to step in for the NCOIC when needed

MP

1. set an example following rules/regulations/SOP’s/ROE’s
2. admin the game servers when needed
3. overwatch regular admins and make sure SOP’s are being followed
4. teach admin SOP’s and ROE’s to regular admins
5. ensure the rules/regulations/SOP’s/ROE’s are being followed within the 7Cav
6. post MP roll call weekly
7. send rolling time sheets to the MP NCOIC and Senior MP weekly and keep it up to date
8. send MPOD reports after being on duty
9. make the hours on duty set by the MP COC per week

MPIT

1. set an example following rules/regulations/SOP’s/ROE’s
2. admin the game servers when needed (no bans)
3. overwatch regular admins and make sure SOP’s are being followed
4. teach admin SOP’s and ROE’s to regular admins
5. ensure the rules/regulations/SOP’s/ROE’s are being followed within the 7Cav
6. post MP roll call weekly
7. send rolling time sheets to the MP NCOIC and Senior MP weekly and keep it up to date
8. send MPOD reports after being on duty
9. complete all 4 weeks of MPIT training attend the MP exam
10. make the hours on duty set by the MP COC per week
