With regards to administrative access assignment across all games and Teamspeak 3, this document will serve to supersede all previous memorandum covering the subject. It serves to provide guidance on when and how this access is to be assigned, and to whom. Deviation from this guidance requires authorization from the Regimental Commanding Officer.
Levels of Access
The following levels of access will be used as permission sets for all games and Teamspeak 3.
Super Admin (TS3 Server Admin):
- General Staff.
- IMO staff, where required for the function of their duties.
Teamspeak 3 Admin:
- Battalion Staff, regardless of grade.
- Personnel billeted in MP/S2/JAG
Game Server Admin:
- Officer grades O-1 (2nd Lieutenant) and above.
- Non-commissioned grades E-5 (Sergeant) and above.
- Warrant Officer grades W-2 (Chief Warrant Officer 2) and above.
- Personnel billeted in RTC/MP/S2/CID/JAG, regardless of grade.
- Personnel billeted in S3 Arma Public Staff, minimum grade of E-4 (Corporal).
Moderator (TS3 Operator):
- Section Leaders, regardless of grade.
Game Master:
- For Arma 3 Tactical Realism 2, personnel billeted in S3 Arma Public Staff, minimum grade of E-4 (Corporal).
- For Post-Scriptum, personnel billeted at the Squad Leader level and up.
Assignment of Admin Access
In order to qualify for administrative privileges on the servers, you must have completed the Server Admin Course that is run by the MP Department.
To request admin access, go to the helpdesk, login or create an account and open a ticket under Help Topic: Servers / Admin Access. Request one of the following for your game:
- Super Admin.
- Teamspeak 3 Admin.
- Game Server Admin.
- Moderator.
You must request Game Master access for your game via:
- Arma 3 - The S3 Public Staff Lead.
- Post Scriptum - Starter Platoon command element.
Admin Capabilities
Teamspeak 3
Super Admin:
- Inherits permissions from Admins.
- Create/Modify Channels.
- Create/Modify Groups.
- Add Admins/Server Admins/Operators.
Admin:
- Move Anyone.
- Kick/Ban Anyone.
Operator:
- Move anyone.
- Kick/Ban public players.
Squad/Post Scriptum (Battlemetrics / In-game console)
Super Admin:
- Full Battlemetrics access.
Game Server Admin:
- Permanent Ban.
- Kick.
- Broadcast.
- Restart Match.
- End Match.
- Show Next Map.
- Change Map.
- Set Next Map.
- Force Team Change.
- Admin camera (in-game console)
Moderator:
- 1 Hr Ban.
- Kick.
- Broadcast.
- Admin camera (in-game console)
Game Master:
- In Post-Scriptum, Game Masters use the in-game console system to drop vehicles and equipment into the mission.
Arma 3 (Big Brother Bot - B3 / Zeus)
Super Admin:
- Full B3 access.
Game Server Admin:
- !ban (permanent ban)
- !kick
- !r (sends rules to a specific player)
- @rules (sends rules to everyone on server)
- !warns (lists all actions you can warn for)
- !w (warns a user)
- !list (lists all players on server with an id #)
- !lookup (Lets you look up a specific player)
- Zeus Camera (You can use the zeus camera to spectate players)
Moderator:
- !kick
- !r (sends rules to a specific player)
- @rules (sends rules to everyone on server)
- !warns (lists all actions you can warn for)
- !w (warns a user)
- !list (lists all players on server with an id #)
- !lookup (Lets you look up a specific player)

Game Master: (Zeus)
- Allows Zeus to place AI/Fortifications/Vehicles/Equipment etc to modify the mission or create an additional mission.
