Section Practice Makeup Policy

This will serve as 2-7 official Section Practice Makeup Policy.

The following DO count towards a Makeup Section Practice

• Attending any formal Hell Let Loose Section Practice.(SP times across 2nd Battalion may be seen here)

• Attend one of the following:
  • Your Battalion FTX
  • Your Company's FTX
  • Your Platoon's FTX

• As an absolute last option – a trooper may spend an hour training with one of your Platoon's SLs, ASLs, Platoon Staff, or Company Staff within 2-7
  • Platoon staff and above are expected to find an appropriate SP or file an LOA.
  • Exceptions to this may be allowed with prior Battalion Staff Approval.

The following DO NOT count towards a Makeup Section Practice

• S7 Courses (See Special Exceptions)
• Attending any other FTX outside of your Company.
• Playing on non Cav Hell Let Loose Public Servers
• Attending Hell Let Loose Operations
• Running around on a training server for an hour alone. There must be someone who can vouch for your makeup at least one level above in your Chain of Command (ASL/SL+).

Process for Makeups

If you miss an SP you are to attempt a legitimate makeup listed above. You are then to notify your next level of Command via PM with the individual that ran it CC'd. If you are not able to do any of those, then you are to take an LOA.

• If you have already taken BOTH LOA’s for the Quarter and you can't do any of the qualifying makeup SPs, you must send a forum pm to your Company and Battalion Staff to request an exception.
