Scope

This document outlines where and how an ICS for anyone above the billet of Trooper should be posted and signed. With the addition of this SOP ICS's are no longer to longer required to be sent by PM and instead must be carried out by this SOP.

Signing a ICS

Whenever a new billet assignment is made, the assigner (or their designate) must verbally review the content of the ICS with the assignee of the ICS. Upon completion, the assignee will sign the respective master thread with "R&U, Reviewed with: {Assigners RNK.Name}"

Changes to ICS

A master ICS for every level of staff should be posted and kept updated in the respective company's ICS section.

This ICS must hold at a minimum of the same as the Regimental Minimums as outline in the wiki.

If a Company Commander would like to add additional duties and responsibilities they can add them to the master copy as long as they fall within the guidelines in 7CAV-BATT2-007 AND includes any additional duties and responsibilities that battalion staff have mandated from 7CAV-BATT2-008.
