Joseph Dornbierer (March 8th, 1955 - October 14, 2022) was a member of the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. Dornbierer served as a Trooper and then Mechanized Infantryman in 1st Platoon, Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion.
7th Cavalry Career
Joseph Dornbierer enlisted with the 7th Cavalry on the 19th of January 2021 and graduated 12 days later. Legacy
In 2022 to honor his memory and dedication to his unit, A/2-7 Staff created the Corporal Joseph Dornbierer Memorial Award - (Awarded to the member who has best exemplified what it means to be an A.Co member. Member who has worked tirelessly, selflessly and dedicated themselves fully to making A.Co a better place.) An Unofficial Award, awarded at the end of each year.
