Mission
Alpha Company's mission is to provide an environment for all future and current members to gather together to enjoy one another.
Traditions and History
Alpha Company is a sub-unit level organization of the Auxiliary Combat Detachment, 7th Cavalry Regiment. It was administratively known as A/ACD, this abbreviation is used in MILPACS and avatars. It is comprised of two platoons, 1/A/ACD & 2/A/ACD
History
Due to unprecedented growth, Alpha Company was split from the Auxiliary Combat Detachment and formed the newly minted 3-7 Battalion on April 1st, 2024. This is the first time in the Cav's history with three individual battalions since its start in 2002. Alpha Company was subsequently deactivated that same day.
