Adding Personnel

Adding a Clerk to MILPACS (This should be done by the MILPACS Department Lead) |

Adding a Senior to a Sub-Department (This should be done by the Lead of the sub-department) |

Adding a Department Lead (This will be done by a member of the S1 Command Staff) |
