An exception to this are transfer requests to a Starter Platoon. Since the Starter Platoon is set up at Regimental level, all transfers have to be approved by at least the Chief of Staff or his designate.
This process aims for streamlining the transfer process on all levels. It also ensures that no request is blocked at any level. All participants below the posting authority can and have to add information to this process, so that an informed decision can be made.

Posting authority lies with the receiving element lead.

If a Trooper wishes to transfer file a transfer, they will use the updated PAF:

Transfers within a Company can still be handled internally.
