Purpose

Outline individual Roles and Responsibilities within S1 HQ.

Roles and Responsibilities

S1 1IC

The 1IC of S1 is to execute the vision of the Regiment with respect to the upkeep and maintenance of personnel records within the 7th Cavalry regiment.

Role Description
S1 1IC
  • Responsible for the ongoing health and morale of the department in all respects.
  • Must attend one of the CSCs in a given quarter.
  • Perform administrative duties associated with the Department, such as reports, tickets and disciplinary actions, or delegate to 2IC as needed.
  • Train and supervise S1 HQ staff.
  • Create and maintain record citations, or delegate as needed.
  • To maintain the overall integrity of all S1 records and data-sets.

S1 2IC

The 2IC of S1 is to support the 1IC in the execution of duties assigned to the department by the regiment with respect to the upkeep and maintenance of personnel records.
