The role of the Platoon Staff is to execute the vision of the Company Staff respective to the Military Occupation Specialities assigned within the Platoon. Platoon Staff is comprised of the following:

*Take Care of Troopers - When on TeamSpeak be available for your troopers. Be prompt when responding to requests for assistance over TeamSpeak, Discord or the forums.
 
*Make an effort to meet with your Squad Leaders to build a rapport and ensure a positive working relationship with them.

*Roll Call - Ensure Squad roll calls are posted in the appropriate area of the forums no later than 0700HRS Zulu every Sunday.

As Platoon Staff, you're expected to issue the appropriate paperwork/discipline for accountability issues within your Platoon and not delegate this task to Section Staff.
