- Company Staff will ensure that Platoon Staff are submitting PL/PSG Notes on time, review the notes, coach and counsel as required, and work with Platoon Staff to resolve any issues that arise during the week within 7 days
- Battalion Staff will ensure that Company Staff are submitting Company CO/1SG Notes on time, review the notes, coach and counsel as required, and work with Company Staff to resolve any issues that arise during the week within 7 days
- Good judgement can be exercised at all levels of the chain of command when it comes to excusing reporting deadlines and counseling when issues are communicated in advance or extenuating circumstances exist. However, the intention is that this should be rare and not abused.
