Mission
At Able Company, our vision is to create and be a part of a thriving gaming community built on the foundation of camaraderie, leadership, and the shared passion of Hell Let Loose. We aspire to be a beacon of growth and retention, empowering our members to develop their skills and emerge as exemplary leaders developing skills in both virtual and real-life environments. Central to our vision is the cultivation of effective communication, leadership principles and fun. By honing these essential skills, our members can excel not only within our mil-sim gaming context but also in their personal and professional lives. Beyond being just a gaming community, Able Company strives to create a brotherhood that extends far beyond the virtual battlefield. We are committed to fostering strong bonds among our members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, valued and where nobody is left behind. The cornerstones of Able Company's success are engagement and quality section practices. We maintain an active and dynamic community, where every is respected, every member's voice is heard, and their contributions are acknowledged and rewarded. Through collaboration and cooperation, we continuously improve the gaming experience for our members. Lastly, high attendance and active participation are crucial for building a strong and dedicated community. Able Company values commitment and recognizes the importance of every member's presence in shaping our collective success.
Role
Able Company, commonly referred to as "the Reapers," is compromised of several Special Forces Platoons each outfitted and trained to operate in a variety of combat environments. Each individual Section may specialize in differing Military Occupational Specialties (MOS), examples being spearheading, support by fire, or quick reaction force (QRF), but all are flexible enough to adapt to any given situation. Able Company combines these divergent specialties to create a well-rounded Unit in Operations that is capable of providing effective self-supported direct fire and direct fire support, as well as conducting mobility and counter-mobility tasks.
| Military Occupational Specialties | Description |
| Infantry Officer (11A) | The infantry officer is responsible for leading Platoons within Able Company. Ensuring the readiness of troopers. Troopers that serve as an infantry officer have priority for leadership positions in operations. |
| Infantry (11B) | The Infantry are experts in individual skill and teamwork coordination.
Through larger platoon actions, whether in defense or offense, the infantry squad utilizes all member classifications to overwhelm the enemy and seize the objective. Members of the Infantry are masters in land warfare, communication, and tactical movement. In the Infantry, every member is a rifleman first and a specialist second. As a trooper, each rifleman will train extensively on marksmanship, control over their weapon systems, and team battle drills. Additionally, troopers train in coordination with other support elements to improve our combined arms operations. |
Field Doctrines
Able Company's role of Special Forces leads it to diversify its training plan which can be molded by four broad doctrines: Direct Action doctrines, Defensive doctrines, Deterrent doctrines, and Logistical doctrines. These doctrines are the fundamental principles that guide Able Company's actions on the battlefield and combine to outline Able Company's operating procedures.
| Doctrine | Description |
| Direct Action Doctrines: | Direct Action Doctrines can be summarized as offensive principles meant to orient and then destroy enemy forces while seizing terrain.
⦁ Establishing frontlines and spearheading assaults against enemy troop concentrations. ⦁ Conducting operations to seize ground and destroy/capture enemy strongholds. ⦁ Raiding behind enemy lines. |
| Defensive Doctrines: | Defensive Doctrines can be summarized as defensive principles meant to counter enemy attacks while buying time for offensive maneuvers.
⦁ Strongpoint Buildup and Fortifications for defense ⦁ Four grid control/patrol (360-degree defense) ⦁ Support By Fire Tactics |
| Deterrent Doctrines: | Deterrent Doctrines can be summarized as dampering doctrines meant to destabilize enemy forces to reduce their combat effectiveness.
⦁ Conducting sabotage and demolitions. Examples: node removal, garrison destruction, building or removal of enemy fortifications, supplies, and destruction of vehicles (tanks, trucks, halftracks, AT-Guns) through the use of satchels, teller mines, etc. ⦁ Disruption of enemy movements (blockades, barricades, redirecting enemy to fatal funnels, mining MSRs, etc.) ⦁ Ambush setup and tactics. |
| Logistic Doctrines: | Logistical Doctrines can be summarized as supportive doctrines that dictate resource management such as effective spawnpoint management for Infantry, resource management for Commander use, and zone control.
⦁ Reinforcing friendly offensive or defensive efforts as force multipliers. ⦁ Use of Halftrack for reinforcement efforts. ⦁ Utilizing supply trucks and supply routes for setting up nodes, garrisons, and defensive operations. ⦁ Establishing proper zone control and creating numerous insertion points for constant Infantry presence on the field (garrisons, outposts, half-tracks) |
Battle Dress Uniform
Able Company wears an optional BDU, mostly worn during parade and ceremonial events, but also on the battlefield if desired.
It consists of the 2nd Ranger M1 helmet and the Airborne Pathfinder uniform from the Hot Drop DLC. In game, Able Company Reapers also sport the R3PR Clan-Tag for easy identification on the battlefield.
Traditions and History
On March 18th 2024, 3rd Platoon "Brawlers" was transferred from Able Company to the reopened Easy Company. This change effectively rebranded Able Company, as the two remaining Platoons consisted solely of Reapers. With the change, the Dogs of War was retired and a Reapers Company patch was commissioned.

In 2020, Company Commander Captain Steve Rogers designated A Company the "Dogs of War". Although the Dogs of War patch is not worn on uniforms or used officially, the war dog is considered the company mascot.
