Loadout/Modpack Approval Authority
For any Arma Reforger loadout changes, please adhere to the following 1-7 Loadout SOP by utilizing the primary 1-7 Chain of Command. Ultimate loadout authority rests with the 1-7 Commanding Officer.
Loadout Approval CoC
For any updates, changes, or new requests to loadouts, please raise the issue with your next level of the primary 1-7 Chain of Command for approval until it reaches the Company Staff of the affected company. This is done through forum PMs. Once approved by Company Staff, they will send it to 1-7 HQ for final review and approval.
Mods / Modpack Approval CoC
Following in similar footsteps of the loadout requests, any changes made to either mods or modpack shall be raised to the next level of primary 1-7 Chain of Command for approval until it reaches Company Staff. This is done through forum PMs. Once approved by Company Staff, they will send it to 1-7 HQ for final review and approval. Mods that are approved and existing in the current modpack shall not be altered or have features added to them without 1-7 HQ approval done through forum PMs. Required changes that maintain the mod for playability, such as bug fixes, are exempt.
S3/S7 Department Implementation
Once approved by 1-7 HQ, they will forward any changes made, such as loadouts, mods, or modpack changes, to the S3 Development Lead and Staff. S3 Dev will then complete the approved changes as laid out using forum PM with proper CoC notification of when the job is complete.
