Platoon Staff
- The Platoon Leader and Platoon Sergeant shall ensure the recommendation is passed up for "Of the Quarter" by the 20th of the March, June, September, and the 25th of November in conjunction with Company Staff.
- Platoon staff may select one enlisted member of their platoon. An enlisted member is defined as any member at the ranks of PVT (E-2) to SPC (E-4), regardless of billet.
Company Staff have the authority to request an earlier due date to Platoon Staff.
Company Staff

Battalion Staff
Battalion Staff may select one enlisted, NCO, and officer within the scope of their command, with ultimate decision making authority with the Battalion Commanding Officer. An enlisted member is defined as any member at the ranks of PVT (E-2) to SPC (E-4), regardless of billet. A non-commissioned officer (NCO) is defined as any member at the rank of CPL (E-4)/WO1 (W-1) to SGM (E-9)/CW5 (W-5), regardless of billet. An officer is defined as any member over the rank of 2LT (O-1).
