Definition

A Leave of Absence (LOA) is a planned absence that excuses a trooper from their duties in both primary and secondary billets for a period of up to 14 days. Specifically troopers are exempt from:

  • Posting roll-call
  • Posting at least once every 7 days
  • Attending scheduled section practices
  • Any and all duties related to secondary billets

Requirements

In order to go on Leave of Absence, a trooper must do the following:

  • Notify their Section/Squad Leader via private message on the forum
  • Use the 1st Battalion Leave of Absence form on the website to record their LOA

Limitations
