=Introduction=
The document lays out the Standard Operating Procedure in terms of awarding criteria, awarding authority and claimant procedure for Charlie Company, ACD patches, memento's and any future real life paraphernalia associated with Charlie Company ACD.
=Awarding Authority=
The Awarding Authority lies with the Company Commander of Charlie Company, ACD and all patches and regalia are awarded solely at the discretion of the Company Commander.
All other command staff (XO, 1SG, PL, PSG) have the right to recommend any trooper at any time to the CO for consideration.
=Company Patch=

The Company patch was implemented at the start of 2025 as a way to say thank you and to recognise those that have had a positive impact on the Company as a whole. This patch is a one time award and cannot be awarded multiple times.
===Eligability Criteria===
The following list is the minimum criteria for any trooper that does not qualify in any of the listed "Exceptional Awards"
* Minimum TIS to the AO of 6 Months
* Minimum Rank of Corporal (Must have completed NCOA I+II and SAC)
* No NFA within 60 days
Upon meeting both criteria the trooper will be entered into the eligability pool and be reviewed by the awarding authority.
===Exceptional Awards===
The Following list is a non-exhaustive list of exceptional circumstances the award may be given outside of the standard Eligability Criteria.
* Single or Multiple acts of outstanding contributions to Charlie Company
* May be selected as an award during Recruitment competitions
* Attending Real Life C/ACD Meet-ups
The Awarding Authority also reserves the right to award the patch to any trooper for any reason outside these listed criteria.
=Claimant Procedure=
* Troopers will be contacted once they have been selected to receive an award.
* Troopers must not reach out requesting an Award.
* Once contacted the trooper must be willing to supply a mailing address for the award to be sent to the Company Commander.
* It is the troopers responsibility, if they do not wish to use their home address, that the provided mailing location is secure.
* The Trooper will be informed of the mailing and provided a tracking number if applicable
* No addresses will be stored
