	\|~~Lieutenant~~ Colonel ~~Justin Robbi joined~~ the 7th Cavalry in ~~October 2012~~ and has ~~served~~ in ~~various locations~~, ~~including CO for Alpha from September 2019 to July 2021~~, ~~Aide~~ to the ~~Adjutant General / COS from September~~ 2023 to February 2025, and ~~Executive~~ Officer ~~for Bravo from February 2025 to March 2025~~. ~~Serving with distinction~~ in ~~these areas~~ and ~~others~~, ~~he earned multiple awards~~, ~~including a Defense Distinguished Service Medal~~ in ~~2020 for Alpha Company service~~, ~~2 Army Distinguished Service Medals~~, ~~a Defense Superior Service Medal~~, ~~a Bronze Star~~, ~~3 Army Air Medals~~, and 5 ~~Superior Unit Citations~~.		\|Colonel Steve Rogers, a US Army veteran of the 82nd Airborne Battalion, enlisted in the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment on the 17th of January 2011. Colonel Rogers initially enlisted into the Call of Duty 4 Area of Operation and since then has been a cornerstone to the Regiment in multiple AOs including: ARMA 2, Battlefield 3, 4, and 6, DCS, Hell Let Loose, and Squad. Colonel Rogers has also been prominently active in secondary billets ranging from MP, S3 Operations, S7 Training, RTC, RRD, and SPD over the course of his 7Cav career and is one of the highest decorated members of the organization to date. On the 20th of August 2023, Colonel Rogers was awarded the James “Krazee” Foster 7th Cavalry Lifetime Achievement Service Medal for his dedication and loyalty to the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. Since the 13th of February 2025, Colonel Rogers has served as the inaugural Reserve & Development Commander since the position was established and has been critical to the development of new AOs of DCS World, Hell Let Loose Console, and Squad..
			\|Chief Warrant Officer 5 Ryan Mullins enlisted into the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment on the 5th of June 2012 and graduated as an Honor Graduate. Initially enlisting into the Regiment as a part of the ARMA 2 Area of Operation, Chief Warrant Officer 5 Mullins has been active in additional AOs including: ARMA Reforger, Battlefield 3 and 6, DCS World, Hell Let Loose, Insurgency, Planetside 2, and Star Citizen. Chief Warrant Officer 5 Mullins has also prominently served in secondary billets of S1 Operations, Signatures and Uniforms, S2 Assistant, S3 Hell Let Loose Public Lead, S6 Game and Forums Staff, S7 HLL SOI and BF6 JAWS, RRD Recruiter and Enlistment Clerk, and SPD Coordinator. Chief Warrant Officer 5 Mullins joined the Reserve Headquarters on the 6th of July 2024 as the Reserves Executive Officer and assumed the role of Reserves Commander on the 8th of August 2025.

	\|Sergeant Major Austin Schmidt joined the 7th Cavalry in July 2012 and has served his entire career as an infantryman within Charlie Company before being assigned as the Battalion Sergeant Major in 2021. While in Charlie Company, he served with distinction as their longest tenured platoon sergeant from April 2019 to October 2021, earning multiple combat and service awards over the years, including NCO of the Year in 2018, two Silver Stars, six Bronze Stars, and three Defense Distinguished Service Medals.

		The '''Reserve and Development Command (RDC)''' is responsible for administering all 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment growth efforts, from game identification, selection, mobilization, and growth through [[Starter Platoon D/DEVCOM\|Starter Platoon]] to pre-Battalion. 		=Introduction=
		The Reserve and Development Command Office oversees game identification, selection, mobilization, and growth, acting as the departmental leadership of DEVCOM and the line unit leadership of ACD and the Reserves in the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. The department is responsible for advising the commander on all matters involving growth and sustainment. Day-to-day operations include leading the department, training all new sub-unit senior leadership, and facilitating the resolution of issues extending beyond their scope of authority.
